Terms of Service

BY WORKING WITH ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.I have the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my T.O.S.I reserve the rights to modify, alter, and recolor stickers/sticker sketches done previously on new sticker commissions.My commissions, no matter what, CANNOT be used as NFTs.I am allowed to use commissioned work as an example / reference for future commissions.

Process

ALL COMMUNICATION FOR THE COMMISSION WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH DISCORD DMS.Communication for the artwork will be done similar to this:

  • Once a commission request is APPROVED, you will be allowed to continue further discussion in DMs.

  • An initial payment of 50% of the total amount will be made, after which the work on the sketch will begin.

  • Depending on the clarity of your request, you will be shown anywhere from 2 to 10 ideations. Up till this point, the 50% payment is refundable if the commission is to be canceled.

  • If sketch isn't finalised by at least 20 ideations, 20% of the initial payment will be WITHHELD upon cancelation of the commission.

  • I also have the right to cancel the commission and refund 25% of the initial payment for any reason ranging from behavior to nature of the art piece.

  • Once the sketch is finalized, work will begin on the commission. FROM THIS POINT ONWARDS, THE 50% PAYMENT WILL NO LONGER BE REFUNDABLE UPON CANCELATION OF THE COMMISSION.

  • You will next receive an update on the flat colours. Once approved, rendering will begin.

  • When the artwork is finished, you will be shown the low quality version of the final artwork. HERE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE REMAINING PAYMENT BEFORE BEING GIVEN THE PROPER ARTWORK.

  • If the user refuses to or tries to avoid the full payment, I am allowed to demand 25% of the remaining payment and withhold the artwork. If need be, I also maintain the right to take this situation to social media.

Note:

  • Respond as soon as possible when discussing the process. If you do not respond at all for TWO WEEKS or simply refuse to cooperate I am allowed to keep the initial payment and cancel the commission.

  • CANCELLED COMMISSIONS CAN NOT BE WORKED ON AGAIN.
